Triathlon Training Day 34 – Plan 7 Easy, but still hurts
December 14, 2015I’m learning that I definitely have the strength for biking but need the endurance. Pit me against anyone and I will keep up or beat them the first five minutes of any workout but by the end I am wearing down at a faster pace. Today was a great workout and at first it just seemed way to easy it wasn’t until the end that even the the difficulty was there my legs started getting tired just because we were going for 90 minutes. I felt like I could push harder on the computrainer at Elevate Fitness
