Triathlon Training Day 12 – Rest Day

Workout:

  • Stretch
  • Walk on the treadmill to loosen up legs and rump

My rumpus and legs are sore. Coach Marci gave me permission to take the day off…. and I ate a donut. Yikes. Not my most successful day. Running tomorrow will help me get back into the swing of things. Looking forward to the run. I miss running everyday.
