Great Swim Workout
February 24, 2016Today Coach Marci from Elevate met me at the pool ready for a good strong workout. This is a great swim workout for triathlon training or just swim training.
750 total meters
- 50 warm up
- 50 passing a small object from hand to hand (practice not crossing over)
- 50 not crossing without small object
- 2×50 with Pool buoy, leg straps, and hand paddles
- 6×25 for speed. 20 sec break to start then add 5 secs to each break. Idea here is to do the first lap as fast as the last lap
- 2×50 for speed with a 30 sec break in between
- 100 for speed
- 100 cool down
